Pause and recover
You need to slow down, restore yourself and learn tools to move through periods of overload or vulnerability with more ease.

Through a holistic and personalised approach, I offer a space to listen to your body, your sensations and your deeper rhythm. Together, we clarify your needs and look for inner resources that can support you further.
With more than 20 years of practice as a psychomotor therapist, I offer a professional and caring setting where the body in movement, exploration, creativity, openness and relationship to self, others and the surrounding world are central.
The work begins with listening: what is present in the body, the breath, posture, voice and the rhythm of the moment. Each session is adapted to your needs and objectives.
You need to slow down, restore yourself and learn tools to move through periods of overload or vulnerability with more ease.
You would like to rebuild trust in your body after health concerns and gain more autonomy in caring for it.
You want more ease in breathing, movement and balance.
You care for others as a professional, parent or family caregiver and need a space for yourself.
You use your voice extensively for work or leisure and want more confidence and pleasure in vocal and bodily expression.
You are preparing for exams and want to strengthen attention, memory and self-confidence.
Through work with the body, breath and voice, I guide you towards a freer and more balanced use of your respiratory and vocal function. The improved pulmonary ventilation supports better oxygenation of the whole organism, a source of health and wellbeing. The regulation of the autonomic nervous system and the calm that settles in allow stress and anxiety to be managed with greater ease.
By refining your body awareness and your understanding of the respiratory system, you gain autonomy in caring for yourself through breathing and movement.
Each session begins with a conversation, followed by clothed bodywork with gentle, precise hands-on support, lying down, sitting or standing. Exercises explored in the session and repeated at home help integrate the work.
I suggest a first session to see whether the approach suits you. If it does, a process of 5 to 10 sessions can support deeper work. Each session is adapted individually to your needs and objectives.
A moment to name your situation, needs and aim for the day.
Gentle, precise clothed work, lying down, sitting or standing.
Simple exercises to repeat at home so the work can settle.
I offer classical Swedish massage as a session in its own right or as a complement to Breathing Coordination MDH, when the body needs recovery, release or support in integrating ongoing work.
The massage uses rhythmic, fluid strokes adapted to how you feel on the day and to the body’s responses. It can be soothing and encompassing, or more specifically focused on areas such as the neck, shoulders, back or legs.
It can support deep relaxation, ease muscular stiffness and pain, stimulate blood and lymph circulation and help recovery. The intention is not to force the body, but to invite warmth, calm, balance and renewed vitality.
Trained as a psychomotor therapist, certified in Breathing Coordination MDH and trained in classical Swedish massage, I work with close attention to lived bodily experience, breath, voice and movement.
